MUSHROOM HUNT
For Arc'Teryx's activation in Denmark, I curated a complete woodland experience, offering a full day of outdoor exploration and education. We commenced our day in the morning, meeting with a local mushroom and nature expert who guided us through the season and provided insights on what to anticipate. Subsequently, we ventured into the forest to seek out specific mushrooms, equipping us with enough knowledge to engage with them independently.

After 3.5 hours, we had gathered an abundant supply of mushrooms, concluding our day's adventure.

Following our foraging expedition, we made our way to Fabro, an exceptional, unassuming pasta restaurant located in the heart of Copenhagen. There, we cleaned the mushrooms, prepared pasta, and enjoyed a communal meal. It was an incredible day that offered a comprehensive understanding of the knowledge and expertise required to bring such ingredients to the dining table.

For this entire experience, I collaborated with Prolog Coffee and Fabro, providing delightful sandwiches, coffee, and cookies in the woods, and concluding with a pasta feast at the end of the day.
